Nature offers an enormous variation of colorants in form of plants, roots, seeds or even the waste of vegetables.
By using them, I created an enormous range of natural dyed colors. During the process, I used only raw materials descending from the local countryside. It is to follow a new track to reduce all the serious harms that the textile industries all over the world are creating by using synthetic dye pigments.
There are a lot of possibilities in affecting the pH value of the dye bath, in mixing, cross-dying or printing. To be continued...
Die Natur bietet eine enorme Vielfalt an Farbstoffen in Form von Pflanzen, Wurzeln, Samen oder auch selbst Gemüseabfällen.
Diese nutzte ich, um eine breite Farbpalette an natürlich gefärbten Stoffen herzustellen. Während des Prozesses
verwendete ich ausschließlich natürliche Rohstoffe, die uns die heimische Natur liefert. Wir sollten einen neuen Kurs einschlagen, um den alltäglichen Schaden, den die
Textilfärbeindustrie mit synthetischen Farbstoffen weltweit anrichtet, einzugrenzen. Es gibt zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, den pH-Wert der Färbeflotte zu verschieben, zu mischen,
überfärben oder drucken.
